After you have completed all the forms, a SUBMIT ALL FORMS button will appear at the bottom of your portal. When you are ready, follow the prompts, click that button and then all your forms will be submitted to your district office.
PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL OF YOUR REQUIRED FORMS ARE COMPLETE AND READY TO SEND BEFORE YOU CLICK SUBMIT ALL FORMS. Once you submit, all forms will be locked and you will no longer be able to edit.
If you submit your forms and discover that you need to amend, please call your district office for assistance.
